DENTAL IMPLANTS

Implants are artificial titanium roots that are placed into the jaw in order to replace missing teeth. They can be used to replace a single tooth, multiple teeth, or to stabilize an existing denture. Implants are now considered to be the standard treatment for missing teeth because the process is minimally invasive and does not require teeth to be filed down for crown or bridgework. The timeline for having teeth placed on implants used to be six months to one year. With advances in implant placement and surface characteristics, teeth can be placed in under three months and in some cases teeth can placed in one day.

CROWNS

Damaged and decayed teeth can be effectively restored with tooth-colored crowns. A crown is a permanent covering that fits over your original tooth, restoring health and strength. Dr. Sayyah uses crowns matched to your natural tooth color, which improve your smile's appearance as well as your dental health. Crowns can be used to whiten, reshape, and realign teeth as well as to repair damage. Using the latest Cerec technology, we are now able to easily fabricate custom crowns for you in one appointment!

ONLAYS/INLAYS

Replacing large fillings on back teeth often require a stronger and properly contoured restoration. These are called inlays or onlays depending on their size. Onlays protect teeth similarly as crowns but conserve more natural tooth structure. These restorations need to be custom-made and in the past they required multiple visits. However, with the use of our in house Cerec technology, we are able to fabricate custom fit inlays and onlays right in our office in a single visit.

ALL NATURAL FILLINGS

White Fillings or Composite Fillings are no longer just for cosmetic reasons. Modern materials and techniques have enabled composite fillings to be as strong and durable as old alloy fillings but without the health risks and concerns. With these new materials, it is possible to bond teeth back together therefore increasing strength. Furthermore because of bonding, less tooth structure needs to be removed in order to restore a tooth to full function. Today we are able to offer BPA-Free fillings to all patients at no additional cost, it is a comfort to know that high quality materials are always used in our office.
