Your hygienist will carefully clean, floss, polish, and apply fluoride to your teeth. Cleanings usually aren’t painful, but if you have any anxiety about your dental exam, be sure to let your hygienist know. During your exam, we will thoroughly examine your teeth and if there is a need, take X-rays to see what is happening beneath the surface of your teeth and gums. Our licensed, registered dental hygienist on staff has been trained in techniques to make cleaning as comfortable and painless as possible. Dr. Sayyah will then take the time to discuss any concerns and answer any questions.
