We are happy to help with insurance claims and processing.
We do accept the majority of insurance plans and as a courtesy we will process your claims. Please bring the relevant information with you to your first appointment to confirm your insurance and pertinent billing information. We are able to work with nearly all insurance companies as a PPO provider.
Insurance policies commonly cover only a portion of the full treatment cost. Payment of the patient portion of treatment is required at the time of service, unless arrangements have been made separately. It is patient responsibility to pay any balance that will not be paid or covered by your insurance company.
